Position: Internal Auditor

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position within the textile and spinning sector.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software.
• Qualifications such as MBA, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or C.A. are required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Evaluate financial and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Perform detailed testing of transactions and balances to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
• Follow up on audit recommendations to ensure timely implementation and resolution of identified issues.
• Assist in the development of audit programs and procedures to address specific risks and objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on audit-related matters.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations, standards, and industry trends affecting internal auditing practices.

Salary: Competitive salary range of 60,000 to 70,000 PKR, depending on experience and qualifications.
