Position: Manager HR

Location: Karachi, Pakistan


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR management software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the hospital's overall mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the hospital remains competitive in the marketplace.

Salary: Competitive salary range of 140-150k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
