Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) - IT

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-6 months of experience in a relevant IT role, including internships or projects.
• Strong understanding of basic IT concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Assist in the testing and deployment of software updates and patches.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address IT needs and requirements.
• Learn and apply best practices in IT operations, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives as assigned by supervisors.

Salary: Competitive salary range of 35,000 to 40,000 PKR, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
