Overview:
The Full Stack Software Engineer will play a critical role in the digital transformation, driving change across the customer-facing technology stack. The ideal candidate should be a leader, curious, and enthusiastic about setting development standards. This role involves working on the maintenance, enhancement, and refactoring of store and corporate systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build visually appealing front-end applications.
- Develop features and applications with a focus on mobile responsiveness.
- Implement security and data protection settings within software solutions.
- Contribute to the management of the feature backlog, prioritization, and release/sprint planning.
- Design client-side and server-side architecture.
- Develop and manage well-functioning applications and databases.
- Write effective and performant APIs.
- Drive the technology roadmap to ensure solutions are forward-looking.
- Lead initiatives to deliver new capabilities to end-users in stores, service bays, and online.
- Collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to ideate software solutions.
- Work as the business analysts & quality assurance supervisor to improve softwares.
- Utilize continuous delivery, development, and integration solutions (e.g., AWS CodePipelines).
- Engage with cloud infrastructure and solutions (e.g., AWS Containers, Cognito, ECS, Lambdas, etc.).
- Embrace full-stack development, flex between various frameworks to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Analyze existing systems and capabilities to architect modernized solutions following the team’s “cloud-first” approach.
