Job Purpose:
Primarily responsible for conducting and supervising all aspects of the operation of RO Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Buffer Pumphouse, ETP in a safe, environment-friendly, and efficient manner during the shift. Direct plant operators and Board-men for maintaining optimum parameters of the plant and oversee plant operations to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operating guidelines. Also responsible for the implementation of company safety, quality, environment, and training policies. Ensure safe and effective emergency handling during plant emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make daily inspections of all work areas, ensure work permit compliance, and take immediate steps to correct unsafe or unsatisfactory conditions.
- Responsible for compliance with "Management of Change” and "Safe work practices” during the shift.
- Ensure that operating parameters remain within specified ranges during normal and emergency operation.
- Daily performance monitoring of Mine and surface dewatering pump and report any ambiguity to the Manager Utilities Operations.
- Development and Implementation of Flood Control Management Plan.
Experience:
- 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience in the Process industry.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Water & Waste Water Treatment
- Process Designing
- Equipment Designing
- Mine Dewatering & its associated piping infrastructure
- Process Engineering
- Hydraulics
- Cost Modeling
- Process Software (HYSYS, Pipenet, ROSA, DWSIM)
- Codes & Standards: APIs, ANSI, AWWA, NFPAs, PPI, ISO, ASTM, BS & GB
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Chemical Engineering
