Position: General Banking Officer (OG III)

📍 Place of Posting: Various locations including Lahore, Faisalabad, Gilgit, Gwadar, Quetta, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sialkot, and more.

📚 Eligibility Criteria:

Education/Qualification: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized national or international university/college/institute (with a minimum of 60% marks or a minimum CGPA of 2.5).

Age: Maximum 26 years (on the last date of submission of the application).

Experience: Candidates with a relevant banking experience will be preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

📋 Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently handle front-office transactions.
2. Engage in customer-related activities.
3. Open and maintain customer accounts.
4. Monitor inoperative and dormant accounts.
5. Post online transactions and assist in the issuance of financial instruments.
6. Ensure the collection of inward and outward clearing in compliance with internal and prudential regulations.
7. Process and manage term deposits, including issuance, balancing, and payments.
8. Scrutinize transaction vouchers and reconcile payments with general ledger accounts.
9. Generate various month-end reports.
10. Perform other assignments and tasks as directed by the Senior / Supervisor.

📝 Knowledge/Competencies Required:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficient in typing (based on volume, speed, and accuracy).
3. Effective team player.
4. Strong customer service orientation.
5. Knowledge of MS Office applications.
