Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following

- Hold a
minimum of 16 years of education in GIS, Computer Sciences, IT, or an
equivalent field from a HEC recognized University/Institute.
- Demonstrate
at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in designing and
managing spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature
representations.
- Possess
advanced programming skills, including proficiency in Silverlight, AJAX,
ASP.NET, MVC, ArcGIS, Oracle databases, SQL, and GIS database design.
- Showcase
regional and national knowledge of GIS4DRM and its applications, coupled
with experience and expertise in GIS4DRM products and tools.
- Exhibit
robust experience in utilizing GIS applications, particularly applications
for Raster Analyst and Spatial Analyst Extensions, and proficient use of
photogrammetric tools for image analysis and classifications.
- Possess
familiarity with Planning tools for damage and losses from Natural Hazards
(HAZUS) and Spatial Decision Support Systems (SDSS), which is considered a
strong asset.
Job Responsibilities:
