Position: Senior SQA Automation Engineer
Experience: 4+
years Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability
of software products
- Design
and implement test plans and strategies for various software applications
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements and provide
feedback on product quality
- Analyze
test results and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes
- Participate
in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily
stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Mentor
junior team members and provide guidance on automation best practices
- Stay
updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's
degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+
years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus
on automation testing
- Proficiency
in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Strong
programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C#
- Experience
with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Solid
understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous
deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
