Position: Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist 

Reporting to: Head of HR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive salary and benefits packages
  • Develop and administer employee incentive programs to drive performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed recommendations for program enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits
  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members on compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and rewards management

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field
  • Certification in Corporate Finance (preferred)
  • Additional certifications in compensation and benefits (a plus)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably with a large workforce

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing compensation and benefits
