Location: Dubai (JAFZA)
Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Are you an experienced Customer Service Executive looking
for a new opportunity in Dubai? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual
to join our team on behalf of our reputable client in the Freight Forwarding
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaison
with Shipping Lines: Communicate with shipping lines to obtain rates
and arrange import and export shipments efficiently.
- Coordination
with Overseas Agents: Collaborate with overseas agents to facilitate
smooth handling of shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Customer
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation
Handling: Manage and process documentation related to import and
export shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Problem
Resolution: Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints
promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in all
customer service activities.
Requirements:
- Proven
experience as a Customer Service Executive in the Freight Forwarding
industry.
- Strong
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent
organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency
in MS Office applications and relevant software.
- Immediate
availability is preferred.
