Minimum Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree or equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering or Electrical
Engineering.
- Ten
(10) years (post qualification) experience of work and/or research
relating to transport, ports, roads, bridges, telegraphs, telephones,
radio, or other branches of transport or communication.
Maximum Age: 45 years (plus five years general
relaxation in the upper age limit)
Number of Vacancies: One (1)
Domicile/Quota: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Open Merit)
Place of Posting: Islamabad
Additional Notes:
- PEC
registration required.
- Length
of experience shall be relaxable by six years for Ph.D. and two years for
a Master's degree or equivalent where the minimum qualification prescribed
is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Upper
age limit is relaxable by ten (10) years for disabled candidates on
submission of a disability certificate issued by the Competent Authority.

Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
- Maximum
age limit will be relaxed as per the Recruitment Rules.
Shortlisting Criteria for Interview:
- Candidates
will be shortlisted as per the Commission's policy (refer to General
Instructions).
Documents Required:
- After
the test/exam, candidates on higher merit positions will be asked to
furnish attested copies of requisite documents within 15 days of the
notice from FPSC.
- Equivalence
certificate (if claiming equivalence of the required degree).
- Experience
from recognized entities.
Admission Certificate:
- Will
be available on the FPSC website a couple of weeks before the examination.
- Candidates
advised to frequently visit the website for updates.
- Intimation
through SMS.
Conduct of Test:
- Original
CNIC, Treasury Receipt, and downloaded copy of Admission Certificate
required.
- Without
the original Treasury Receipt, candidates will not be allowed entry into
the Examination Hall.
- Test/Examination
for Consolidated Advertisement No. 3/2024 will be held as early as
possible after the closing date.
Change of Centre:
- Candidates
are allowed to avail facility for change of Examination Centre only
through online request at least one month before the commencement of the
examination.
