🌐 Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience of implementing educational and research projects.
- Exposure to research methods, fieldwork, and experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
🔍 Skills:
- Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research studies and evaluations, with experience in the education or development sector.
- Demonstrated writing ability with a track record of securing grants and publishing academic articles.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with researchers and practitioners.
- Organized with the ability to multitask and handle timelines and priorities in a team environment.
- Enthusiastic about working across disciplines and community sectors.
- Capable of handling difficult field situations, intense work pressure, and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively to remote areas for fieldwork, both in-country and abroad.
