👩💼 Position Available: Executive - Business Excellence
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
As an Executive - Business Excellence, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day activities related to Lean and Kaizen projects. Your primary focus will be on the allocated production floors, supporting the Assistant Manager - Lean. Key responsibilities include:
- Functioning within allocated production floors.
- Conducting daily Gemba and Obeya Participations.
- Engaging operational resources in Lean and Kaizen projects.
- Executing Kaizens and SMED Projects.
- Facilitating Business Excellence training activities.
- Providing support in technology projects, including operational studies, risk assessments, and process mapping.
🎓 Qualification:
BE in Industrial Engineering / Textile Engineering
🌐 Experience:
1-2 years' experience in the manufacturing industry.
