As the Oracle Application Functional Administrator, you will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA), Supply Chain modules, and Oracle Project Costing module. Your responsibilities include system strategy, business requirement analysis, process design, functional configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user training.

Qualification & Experience:
- ACCA and MBA (Finance) with at least 06 years of experience in Oracle Financial (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.
- Must have Oracle Fusion knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Implementation Expertise:
Lead the implementation of 1 full lifecycle of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) and Oracle Projects.
Understand business processes, map them with Oracle e-business, and provide independent business solutions.
System Configuration:
Configure setups related to Budgetary Control, Security, Cross-Validation Rules, FSG, Depreciation, Key and Descriptive Flex fields, Pro-rate Conventions, Mass Additions, Profile Options, Responsibilities, Menus, Users, Sequential Numbering, etc.
Reconciliation cycles between subsidiary modules and General Ledger with an understanding of Sub ledger Accounting (XLA).
Work with SQL and integrate with other systems via interfaces and APIs.
Documentation & Communication:
Document and demonstrate system strategy, business requirements, process designs, prototype demonstrations, testing, and training documentation.
Provide effective written and verbal communication, conveying complex information clearly and concisely.
Module Management:
Independently handle all matters related to Oracle Financial modules (AR, AP, GL, FA), Supply Chain modules, and Oracle Project Costing module.
Implement new modules, enhance existing functionalities, and upgrade to new Oracle releases.
Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with end-user departments and business users for day-to-day activities and resolution of issues.
Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming technologies.
Coordinate with Oracle Support, System & Database Administration team.
Collaborate with the Report development team for customized reports.
Qualities & Skills:
Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects.
