Responsibilities:
Actively participate in recruitment activities, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
Maintain employee data, including attendance and EEO records, in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Assist in performance management processes.
