Jobs Description:
📍 Location:
- Lahore
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans/strategies.
- Analyze hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecasts through manpower planning.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for various operational positions.
- Design, plan, and execute employer branding activities.
- Determine recruiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present KPI reports.
Key Requirements & Competencies:
- Masters/4-year Bachelor's degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
