Responsibilities:

1. Conducting thorough recruitment processes to fill over 400 vacancies for various positions.
2. Coordinating training sessions and trade tests for selected candidates.
3. Managing visa processing and ensuring timely issuance for successful candidates.
4. Handling protector expenses and airfare arrangements for recruited individuals.
5. Overseeing accommodation and medical coverage arrangements provided by the company.
6. Facilitating final interviews and tests with the client for selected candidates.
7. Ensuring immediate commencement of the visa process after final selection without delays.
8. Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment and relocation process.
