Responsibilities:
- Oversee
all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, risk
management, and investment activities.
- Develop
and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements.
- Monitor
cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate
and manage financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange
risks.
- Coordinate
with internal and external stakeholders, including banks and financial
institutions.
- Provide
strategic guidance and leadership to the treasury team.
Skills:
- Strong
understanding of treasury operations and financial markets.
- Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective
communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency
in Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems.
- Leadership
and team management skills.
Qualifications:
- CA or
MBA in finance from a reputable university.
- Minimum
of 10 years of experience in treasury management.
- At
least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a multinational
company and/or steel company.
- Overseas
experience preferred.
