Key Responsibilities:

welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage
incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or
individual.
- Maintain
cleanliness and organization of the reception area to create a positive
first impression.
- Support
administrative tasks including data entry, document filing, and
correspondence handling.
- Collaborate
with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- A
graduate degree in any field.
- Minimum
of 1 year of relevant experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Excel with strong data management skills.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary Range: 35,000-40,000 PKR
