Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain employees.
  2. Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and bonuses.
  3. Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness of reward packages.
  4. Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll processing and HRIS management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
  6. Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Skills:

  1. Strong knowledge of rewards management principles and practices.
  2. Excellent understanding of HR operations and processes.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the BPO industry, preferably in a rewards management role.
  3. Certification in HR or rewards management will be an advantage.
