Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement reward strategies to attract, motivate, and retain
employees.
- Manage
compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures,
incentives, and bonuses.
- Conduct
benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness of reward
packages.
- Oversee
day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll processing
and HRIS management.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure
compliance with regulations.
- Analyze
HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous
improvement.
Skills:
- Strong
knowledge of rewards management principles and practices.
