Position: Head of HR
Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead
and oversee all HR functions, including generalist and operational duties.
- Develop
and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide
guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies and
procedures.
- Drive
employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure
compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- 10-15
years of HR experience, with a strong background in both generalist and
operational roles.
- Previous
experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
- Proven
leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
300,000-450,000 PKR per month, with additional benefits.
