Position: HR Generalist
Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Manage
end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer
employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records.
- Coordinate
performance management activities, including goal setting, evaluations,
and feedback sessions.
- Assist
in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle
employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Conduct
training and development programs to enhance employee skills and
performance.
Skills Required:
- Strong
understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented
with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient
in MS Office and HR software.
