Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Finance Associate to support our
team in financial and administrative matters. As a Finance Associate, you will
play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various tasks assigned
within specified timeframes. Your responsibilities will include assisting the
Financial Management Specialist (FMS), supporting in budget preparation and
financial reporting, and facilitating procurement activities in compliance with
regulations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the
following qualifications:
- ACCA
(Affiliated) / CA Intern / MBA Finance or equivalent from a HEC recognized
University / Institute.
- Minimum
of 2 years of post-qualification experience as an Auditor in the
Government Sector, a reputable organization, or donor-funded projects.
- Proficiency
in handling financial management software and familiarity with the latest
accounting rules and regulations.
- Minimum
age of 25 years.
Preferred Candidates:
- Years
of Experience: Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience
are preferred.
- Gender:

Job Responsibilities:
As a Finance Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting
the Financial Management Specialist (FMS) in financial and administrative
matters.
- Supporting
the FMS in completing tasks within designated timelines.
- Assisting
in the preparation of annual budgets and financial reports, as well as the
audit of annual accounts.
- Collaborating
with the Procurement Specialist to ensure procurement activities adhere to
Punjab Procurement Rules and World Bank Procurement Guidelines.
- Facilitating
pre and post-audit activities, including presenting procurement records to
World Bank, External & Internal Auditors.
