Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Specialist focusing on the UK market, you
will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent for our
clients based in the United Kingdom. Your expertise in recruitment strategies
and your understanding of the UK job market will be crucial in driving our
success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate
with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment
strategies.
- Source
and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job
boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen
resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
for specific roles.
- Coordinate
and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate
job offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a
positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven
experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on
the UK market.
- Strong
understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge
of UK employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources or a related field.
