Open Position: Shift Engineer Urea/Ammonia, Senior Executive & Assistant Manager

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of urea and ammonia production units during assigned shifts.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions to optimize plant performance.
• Lead a team of operators and technicians to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in urea/ammonia production operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of fertilizer manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
