Job Description:
- Managing
LAN/WAN: Overseeing the local area network (LAN) and wide area network
(WAN) infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity and data transmission.
- Switches
and Firewalls, Access Points, Configuration, VPNs: Configuring and
maintaining network switches, firewalls, access points, and VPNs to
optimize network performance and security.
- Hardware/Software
Support: Providing technical support to end-users for hardware and
software-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely
resolution.
- CCTV
Installation and Maintenance: Installing and maintaining CCTV cameras
for indoor and outdoor surveillance to enhance security measures.
- Wireless
Device Installation: Installing and maintaining wireless devices for
remote site connectivity, ensuring seamless communication and data
exchange.
- Network
Monitoring: Monitoring network performance, identifying potential
issues or bottlenecks, and implementing proactive measures to maintain
optimal network operations.
Job Specifications:
- Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network management.
- Education:
Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Information Technology or
equivalent, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Sciences.
