Position: Project Control Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects.
• Extensive experience in project control management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Proven track record of managing offshore projects effectively.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee project control activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement project control plans, including project schedules, cost estimates, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project control teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
