National Sales Manager Job Vacancy in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan


Position: National Sales Manager - Faisalabad

Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan

Education:

  • Masters in Textile Sciences or Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Sciences.
  • A degree in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.

Salary: Competitive and open to negotiation, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other benefits will be provided as per company policy.


Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the textile industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales management and achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of the textile dyeing process and related chemical applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives in the assigned territory.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders in the textile industry.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and finance to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements related to textile chemicals and dyes.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote products and services and enhance brand visibility.
  11. Stay informed about new products, technologies, and innovations in the textile and chemical industries to identify opportunities for product development and innovation.
