individual to join their team as the National Sales Manager for their
operations in Faisalabad.
Position: National Sales Manager - Faisalabad
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Education:
- Masters
in Textile Sciences or Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
- Alternatively,
a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Sciences.
- A
degree in Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage.
Salary: Competitive and open to negotiation,
commensurate with experience and qualifications. Other benefits will be provided
as per company policy.
Experience:
- Minimum
8-10 years of relevant experience in the textile industry or manufacturing
sector.
- Proven
track record of successful sales management and achieving targets.
- Strong
understanding of the textile dyeing process and related chemical
applications.
- Demonstrated
ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve company objectives.
- Experience
in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand market share and
increase revenue.
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop
and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and
objectives in the assigned territory.
- Lead
and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to
ensure optimal performance.
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and
stakeholders in the textile industry.
- Identify
new business opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's
customer base.
- Conduct
market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends,
competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and finance
to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor
and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports, and provide
regular updates to senior management.
- Develop
pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize
profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay
updated on industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
related to textile chemicals and dyes.
- Represent
the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote
products and services and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay
informed about new products, technologies, and innovations in the textile
and chemical industries to identify opportunities for product development
and innovation.
