About the Company: Our client is an exciting F&B and Retail venture based in Dubai, known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence in customer service. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a talented HR Manager to drive their HR initiatives and support their growth.

Position: HR Manager 

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Salary: Up to 30,000 AED per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive employee engagement and promote a positive work culture.
• Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the Retail/FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
