Position Overview: 

As a Front Desk Agent or Bellman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Whether you're stationed at the front desk or assisting guests with their luggage as a Bellman, your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
• Assist guests with luggage, valet parking, and other related tasks as a Bellman
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
