Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC).
Qualifications: Got a Master's or PhD degree from a
university recognized by HEC? Awesome! You're exactly who we're looking for.
Your educational background should equip you with the knowledge and skills
needed to lead our QEC to new heights.
Experience: Let's talk experience. Do you have a ton
of it in quality assurance, QEC, or quality management, especially in top-notch
educational institutions? Perfect! We want someone who knows the ropes like the
back of their hand. Your past experiences should demonstrate your ability to
ensure academic excellence and institutional effectiveness.
Responsibilities: As the Director of QEC, you'll be
at the forefront of ensuring the quality of education and institutional
processes at our university. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing
and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conducting
internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating
with faculty and staff to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Facilitating
accreditation processes and maintaining compliance with regulatory
standards.
- Analyzing
data and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
