📅 Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute project activities in a timely manner
- Participate in research activities, including intervention design and data collection
- Assist in project prioritization, budgeting, and deliverables submission
- Supervise field staff, contribute to training, and ensure effective monitoring of project activities
🎓 Education and Experience Requirement:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in research, project coordination, and/or management
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience in on-ground project implementation is strongly preferred
🚀 Critical Skills:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using STATA or other data analysis software
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for project-related activities
