👤 Position: People & Culture Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment experience
  • HR operations management
  • Practical knowledge of labor law
  • Office administration skills (a plus)

Qualification & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist and in a recruitment role
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Excellent communication skills in English
  5. Previous experience in a startup environment in Pakistan (a plus)
