Position: IMT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales and visibility targets on MT%.
• Manage E-Commerce operations and collaborate with local regional teams.
• Negotiate and implement annual agreements covering discount, display, promotions, and sales targets.
• Effectively manage each IMT account, ensuring a targeted return on investment.
• Develop and train the sales team, ensuring timely recovery of the IMT accounts.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with IMT and E-Commerce category managers.
• Act as the link between internal teams and customers to meet client requirements.
• Stay updated on industry market trends and best practices.
• Store-wise monitoring of sales growth by brand and SKU.

Key Requirements:

1. 5-6 years of FMCG experience in a similar capacity.
2. Graduate/Masters from a reputed institute.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office tools.
5. Proficient in English.
