Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management: Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
Shift Management: Manage HR operations during the evening shift from 6 pm to 3 am.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR functions.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
