We are currently hiring for the position of National Key Accounts Manager.

📋 Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve brand-wise monthly primary and secondary volume/value targets in Modern Trade (Local & International), Institutions, HoReCad, and Food Services.
- Identify gaps in the assigned market and team, develop and implement improvement plans, and initiate changes in selling arrangements.
- Efficiently manage and utilize key accounts outlets/resources to achieve brand availability.
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure brand availability and excellent service to retailers and key accounts in Pakistan.
- Conduct monthly evaluations on key account outlets' performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary inputs for continuous business growth.
- Design and implement promotional schemes.
- Ensure quality display and merchandising.
- Provide effective and regular feedback on promotional activities.
- Handle merchandisers and brand ambassadors.
🎓 Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum: B.A./B.Com/EBA in Marketing & Sales (Preferred)
- 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in an FMCG concern (Packed Food) in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and communication skills
