📌 Job Description:
Content Management:
- Supervise regular content updates on the PSW website, Traverse, Port Community System (PCS), and other PSW portals.
- Implement procedures for the regular exchange of information between PSW, Customs, and Other Government Agencies (OGAs) to keep content updated.
Communications:
- Drive the implementation of the PSW communications strategy and stakeholder engagement plan.
- Develop and sustain partnerships for the successful execution of the communications strategy.
- Produce communication and advocacy instruments, including press releases, brochures, and articles.
- Event planning and management, including drafting content and key messages.
Supervision and Coordination:
- Supervise creative and support resources, including social media specialists, graphic designers, and communications officers.
- Coordinate with media partners, advertising agencies, and production houses.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar for communication content development.
- Develop user-friendly IEC material in Urdu and English for PSW activities.
Media Engagement:
Implement regular press/media engagement activities to ensure high visibility of PSW.
Leverage your network with journalists and media organizations.
Support the Communications Manager in media interventions for visibility and branding.
🎓 Education Required:
- BA/MA degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
🌟 Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in communications and/or brand management at the mid-senior level, preferably in the development sector.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful communication and engagement campaigns at both local and national levels.
💼 Skill Set Required:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to analyze and present information clearly for diverse audiences.
- Ability to influence and drive successful communication strategies.
