Situated at our Head Office in DHA Phase VIII, this role holds a pivotal position in ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment processes across our various projects and departments.

Key Accountabilities:

In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our recruitment processes. This involves overseeing the submission of essential documents such as MP Plans, Requisitions, and Interview Evaluations from Project Sites and Departments. Your responsibilities extend to crafting compelling Job Ads, coordinating their formal posting on websites and professional job platforms, and meticulously reviewing and screening potential candidates. Collaboration with hiring managers for evaluation and interview schedules is paramount.

Additionally, you will be tasked with scheduling interviews, ensuring adherence to recruitment and selection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your proficiency in the Recruitment Management System (RMS) will be instrumental, as you provide timely information to the Manager and Management when needed. The final step involves formally communicating job offers to selected candidates and orchestrating a comprehensive orientation/onboarding process upon their joining.

Key Requirements & Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess a BBA/MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification, coupled with 1-3 years of core recruitment experience, specifically within the Real Estate or Construction Industry. Your expertise in utilizing RMS and relevant HR modules will be a distinct advantage. Exposure to site-based recruitment dynamics, combined with critical analysis and flexibility, will set you apart. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
