Position: Director Procurement and Administration
Requirements:
Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Procurement Management or Supply Chain Management from an HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a senior procurement management role, including experience in large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
- Well-versed with PPRA Rules and effective application in practice.
- Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with procurement software and technologies.
- Analytical skills to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Location: Islamabad
Terms & Conditions:
- Salary Range: Rs. 450,000-855,000
- Initially hired on a contract period of 3 years (extendable if required).
- Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Disqualification if false information is provided.
- 5 years' relaxation in age is already included in the above age limit.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
