DESCON, a leading engineering company, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Business Partner Finance. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial reporting, cost control, and ensuring compliance with standard accounting practices.
Position: Business Partner Finance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor projects and implement cost control measures.
- Manage banking facilities and treasury functions.
- Implement internal controls and accounting systems.
- Oversee financial management, ensuring accurate books of accounts.
- Address income tax issues and file returns.
- Achieve financial objectives through strong leadership.
- Take ownership of the Company's QHSE Policy.

Eligibility Criteria:
- ACMA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
- More than 8 years of post-qualification and 12 years of financial management industry experience.
