Qualification & Experience:

Embark on a rewarding journey with a minimum of 07 years of experience, showcasing expertise in Oracle CC&B Version 2.x and Project Management. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or its equivalent from an HEC recognized university is a must.

Responsibilities:

We are in search of a dynamic Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant to contribute to our projects' success. Your role will involve implementing, integrating, and managing operations. If you have experience in implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing and upgrading, that's a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

Systems Implementation Excellence: Dive into systems implementation, covering configuration, development, and integration with a focus on both technical and functional testing for products in the Utilities Industry.

Technical and Functional Prowess: Showcase your technical and functional acumen by setting up key elements related to meter and AMI knowledge. This includes tasks like Installation/removal/exchange, meter reading, route design and maintenance, Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), business reporting, billing, accounts receivable collections and severance, and managing related system interfaces.

API Integration Expertise: Prove your mettle with API integration, a critical component of modern systems.

Supporting Implementation & Upgrade: Be a cornerstone in the support for CC&B implementation & upgrade at SSGC. Lead the effort for to-be process design, configure package, develop, and implement phases.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrate your leadership skills through effective prioritization of tasks, schedule management, and resource management.

Problem-solving Prodigy: Dive into key implementation & upgrade issues, offering innovative solutions using Oracle CC&B’s functionality.

Reporting and Analytics: Leverage your expertise in reporting with BI Publisher, Data Modeling, and Analytics.

Business Process Mastery: Design and develop business processes, adding value to our operations.

Collaboration Champion: Work closely with the technical team throughout the solution design delivery, testing, deployment, and integration phases.

Team Player: Be a collaborative team player, ready to assist the project team with any functional/technical issues during operations and project implementation and upgrades.

Application Integration Testing: Showcase your experience in application integration testing, including real-time application solutions.

Billing and Rates: Demonstrate your understanding of billing and rates in the Utilities Industry.
