Position Details:
Job Title: Manager Learning & Development
Location: Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Education: Master’s Degree
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Development Programs (TDP):
- Develop and execute TDP, ensuring proper implementation.
Trainer Development Programs:
- Develop programs for in-house trainers.
- Facilitate trainers in preparing relevant training modules (technical/non-technical).
Engagement Survey Action Plans:
- Develop action plans based on engagement survey results.
E-Learning Solutions:
- Ensure accessibility and acceptability of E-Learning solutions.
- Devise a combination of pull and push strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and executing Talent Development Programs.
Proficiency in creating trainer development initiatives and facilitating training modules.
Strong skills in developing action plans based on engagement surveys.
Familiarity with E-Learning solutions and strategies.
