Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in HR from a reputable institute.
- Proven experience in the recruitment process.
- Ability to provide support in HR operational activities.
- Skillful administration of compensation and benefit programs in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Males will be preferred.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Provide support in day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Administer compensation and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and employee relations.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
