Job Description 📋
As a Container Trading & Leasing Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
Direct Communication with Container Traders 🤝
Establish direct communication channels with leading container traders such as Textainer, Florens, Triton, Trident, Vs&b, Seaco, Touax, Maxon, Caru & SunStar, etc.
Coordination with Manufacturers 🛠️
Coordinate with brand new box manufacturers, including CIMC Intermodal Equilin & Coherent Box Industry Co., for the procurement of new containers.
Global Container Acquisition 🌍
Acquire containers globally, ensuring the best prices and younger models.
Container Sales and Repositioning 🔄
Effectively sell idling containers and arrange for their repositioning to required locations.
One Way Lease Coordination 📆
Direct communication with One Way Lease suppliers and utilization of their containers as per agreed terms.
Utilization of xChange Platform 🔄
Utilize xChange platform for container lease (Using & Supply) and Trading (Purchase & Sale).
Promotion and Correspondence 📧
Promote the company in new sectors and correspond with the xChange team via email.
Comprehensive Container Management 📦
- Manage trading, on lease, and one-way trip containers locally and overseas.
- Handle off-hiring of containers to nominated depots.
- Deal with yards and agents for container movement on a FIFO basis.
- Arrange repositioning of MTY containers.
- Procurement of inventory and inventory management.
