Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize experience in food innovation and marketing knowledge.
- Hold certified training experience in light food products.
- Initiate R&D innovations leading to the development of new products aligned with marketing programs and company goals.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced working environment.
- Demonstrate innovation, drive for results, and experience in leading new product development projects from concept to full launch.
Requirements:
- BSc in Food Science.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Certified training experience in light food products.
- Strong innovative mindset and drive for results.
- Experience in leading new product development projects.
