Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and achieve monthly/annual Sales/Operations KPIs.
- Attain Sales/Operations Targets for the specified area, ensuring effective customer relationship management and business retention with improved service standards.
- Ensure due diligence and strict implementation of all defined procedures and processes.
- Oversee and promote continuous quality improvement, establishing controls for all operational activities in the specified area.
- Facilitate effective coordination between Customer Services & Operations to promptly resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Age up to 45 years.
