Requirements:
- Master's degree, preferably in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of demonstrated history working in quality control or assurance roles within the food industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead root cause analysis investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as production, R&D, and procurement.
