- Experience: 1-2 years post qualification, with a focus on recruitment
- Location: Mall Road, Lahore
- Timing: 10:30 am to 7 pm
- Salary Range: 45,000 - 50,000
- Gender: Female only
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle various aspects of HR functions, with a particular emphasis on recruitment.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to support the overall HR strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
- BBA (Hons) in Human Resource Management.
- 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Competency in HR processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
